Vehicles licensed for passenger transport are subject to stricter monitoring by the legislator. In particular, the “BO-Kraft” was issued for motor vehicle companies in passenger transport. The scope of application of the BO-Kraft results from the transportation of passengers with motor vehicles by companies in connection with the paid or commercial transportation of passengers.

This results in the following: Buses, coaches, rental cars and cabs used for the paid transportation of passengers must be inspected for the following BO-Kraft inspection points during the annual general inspection.
